Juvenile found safe after running away from home

A middle school student was found safe after running away from home Monday night. San Ramon Police called off the search for 12-year-old Kimi Davis after a resident called officers with a tip.

This could have ended, very badly, as we all know (particularly, those who've ever parented) How utterly upsetting for the parents (I hope, anyway). Sounds like they should all partake of family counseling. I hope they follow through to this end.
