We had another hit and run by a San ramon attorney that killed a woman pedestrian on Bollinger last month. And now an attorney illegally obtaining information to trash a spouse in a custody battle. The ethics or lack of ethics among attorneys is awful - not all - just a large fraction of them. No wonder they have such a bad reputation!

She has probably damaged her children and tainted them against their father. I hope that this information about the officers and family law lawyers is untrue because they are who we are supposed to trust.
What is the connection between Martens and the Ex wife, this story doesnt clarify much

The medical card system isnt enough for them they want the cops out of the way so they can never get arrested. But everyone IS innocent until proven guilty even the scum bags who fill the jails. Why wouldn't a drg arrested guy sue the county and a city for a million? Maybe he can get some more free money. Oh yeh he can't work because everyone is against him-check his public info and find out why.

who is this oerson posting police reports and such? I have to adk mself the motives of a obviously angry person. I think this guy is sueing The PPD over false arrest and evidence tampering. I also read The Pleasanton PD is investigating this cop Tim Martens. Oviously if they didn't fillow through with prosecuting this guy after a police report like that the DA must know Tim Martens is not crediable. Will be interesting to see if the DA charges him too.

I guess the DA decided the pleasanton cop wasn't crediable. The documents posted above were written by Lisa Secord. She and the family law lawyer are the only one who would be able to acess them if those are even real - thats a big if. Real or not they would not be public record.

Sounds like Lancaster wants people to hear only one side, his side. His biggest mistake was thrusting himself into the media spot light which leaves him open to ridicule in the public eye. Now all the readers here on this small town forum who don't care about what was posted two months ago are expected to read this drivel and actually care?
Grow up and move on Lancaster, you are only making yourself look bad by bumping these post.

Firearms recovered by Officer Zsolt Dornay Durring the arrest belong to her Ex husband. These weapons were reportedly listed on probable cause statements for the DOJ in the investigation Lesley Regina and Lisa Secord demanded. October 3rd is almosrt here.
