Deputy pleads not guilty to illegally accessing information

An Alameda County Sheriff's deputy on administrative leave in connection with allegations of breaking into county buildings and illegally acquiring information pleaded not guilty on Tuesday. Ryan Silcocks, 39, appeared in court with his attorney to enter pleas on two misdemeanor charges.

The City of Pleasantons Mayor and City Council were told about Officer Tim Martens back in 2007 and they did nothing. [Portion removed due to disrespectful comments and not making sense]

Yet another "bad cop" story for the East Bay. Seems there is one a week. Your taxpayer dollars -- and traffic citation revenue -- at work.

Smoking up a storm again-- "i know you better" was criminally reported in 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2011 and is now serving time in a mental institution for felony assault. Check out the public records. But I didn't know that the Doctor had given him computer privileges yet unless he's sneaking them out through his friend the other guy who is on his way to jail too. If he gets a million dollars then crime does pay.
