The Alameda County Coroner's Office has identified the woman whose body was found in the brush near the East Dublin/Pleasanton BART station parking structure Thursday afternoon.

Sonja, I understand how you feel. It is hard to believe. Joy was a great person and seemed happy with her life. People can be pushed off of buildings. But sometimes we never know what troubles a person.
Claudia, your comment may be correct, as there is no type of person who commits suicide, but please respect the feelings of those who were Joy's friends.

This statement is disrespectful to all of those who loved and cared about Joy. There is an investigation currently in progress, so I believe the paper was incredibly rude by making assumptions not yet proven. Joy was a wonderful person who loved her life and family, and two weeks before her death she was on vacation with her family at the same time I was in NYC and we talked about it on Facebook. NO WAY she would do that to her family. Family was everything to her.
