Armed robbery, bomb threat, burglaries, vehicle thefts, and the police chief claims that crime is decreasing?

Look at the data. Just because there is crime doesn't mean it's increasing! San Ramon is a city of over 70,000 people. To think there will be little or no crime is ludicrous. I live here because it's a safe city. Too many people expect this city to be what it was when only 30,000 of us were here. Those days are LONG gone and I'm happy we have the little crime we do because it could be a lot worse. Most of the auto burglaries are because my fellow citizens leave expensive items in their cars. What do they expect? This isn't Mayberry people! Mayberry doesn't exist!
