Boys and girls soccer teams in Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon and Danville will play in a series of tournaments on their home fields next Sunday to raise funds for Eric Cavalli, a former teammate and Foothill High School graduate who was seriously injured in a snowboarding accident last February. Cavalli, who played soccer for Foothill and the Ballistic United Soccer Club, is now a student at UC Davis.

Thanks to Ken Bach of the San Ramon Soccer Club for taking point on this. This is truly a multi-club effort, with truly 100% of the team entry fees going to Eric. Referees are donating their time as well. Also check out the special Bay Area Breeze professional soccer game on 7/17 at Dublin HS. Some of the proceeds from that game will go to Eric as well! Eric will be in attendance at the game (program starts at 6:00 pm).
