There will be no hanky panky at local hotels and motels if the Council passes a new ordinance requiring them to maintain a register with the true names and addresses of people staying there. A public hearing will be held to consider this. It was postponed from an earlier date.

Proclamations will be handed out to Pauline Chiew Nolte for her service on the Library Commission, Leslie Lea for her service as Contra Costa Grade Jury Foreperson, Mrs. Michael Masuda-Nash for her Outstanding First-Year Teacher Award, and ENGEO Inc. as one of the 25 best places to work.

A contract with ENGEO for Geotechnical Engineering consulting is in the Consent Calendar. Also in the Consent Calendar is a request to the Board of Directors of the Dublin San Ramon Services District to appoint a San Ramon Resident to fill the vacancy left by Tom Ford's death.

An appointment will be made to the Arts Advisory Committee, and the Teen Council will present its annual report.
